Description This is an excellent opportunity with a global Asset Management firm that is expanding their Milan office. This role is a central position in the Distribution team, with the primary responsibility for supporting Client and Sales Directors. Key areas include:
Provide a high level of service to wholesale clients (global banks) utilizing in-depth knowledge of client requirements.
Proactively coordinate meetings with prospects, clients, and consultants.
Oversee and input the production of quality presentations, RFPs, investment reports, and marketing materials for clients and Sales Directors.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
Proactively play an important role in system development and usage enhancement to aid business development.
You will be considered for this role if you have sales support, client services, or marketing experience in the investment management industry and are fluent in Italian.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are also required, along with a proactive and motivated attitude. Professional qualifications such as the IMC and CFA would be an advantage.
