Inventory Control Associate

Wayfair Inc. - - Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive Cycle Counts (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) of warehouse locations to ensure systematic stock accuracy; Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including managing damaged, misplaced, or missing products from the moment the exception is detected until its resolution; Monitor and troubleshoot reports related to unavailable inventory, defects, and adjustments to proactively identify and address stock issues; Quality inspections of inbound units and existing warehouse stock, assessing the condition of items and processing damaged or non-conforming items for disposition; Operate various MHE, including Order Pickers (Cherry Pickers) and Reach Trucks, to access and move stock for cycle counting, quality checks, and inventory resolution
