WhatYou'llDo
As a Line/Grill Cook,you'll:
Preparea variety of dishes made from our very own recipes
Responsible for setting up food preparation lines including grill, saute, Fry cook, desert,pastryand salad lines.
Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu items.
Prepare a variety of foods, meats, seafood, poultry,vegetables, and cold food items.
Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes forallocatedstation.
Serve menu items compliant with established standards.
What it Takes
High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
0-2 years of relatedpreviouscookingexperience preferred
Ability toprepare food from recipes,commensuratewith incumbent's skill level
Self-motivated
Ability to obtain the StateFoodHandlers Certification
Ability to multi-task and able to follow written or verbal instructions
Strong senseof customer service and safety awareness
Ability to work flexible hoursincludingnights,weekendsand Holidays
This position can be filled as a Line/Grill Cook I or a Line/Grill Cook II based on the experience qualifications of the selected candidate.
