Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive, located in Northfield, IL. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of logistics solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management, including FTL, LTL, and warehousing solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Experience with TMS and other logistics technologies is a plus
