Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling janitorial services to commercial clients, including offices, schools, medical facilities, and industrial properties. Your goal will be to build strong client relationships, identify customer needs, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Meet with potential clients to understand their janitorial needs and present tailored service solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes
Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and meet/exceed sales targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
Stay up to date on cleaning methods, industry trends, products, and competitors
Requirements 2 years previous experience in outside sales, preferably in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facility services
Must be willing to travel regionally on a monthly basis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel is required)
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
Bilingual – English/ Spanish is a plus.
Fluent in computer skills including the Microsoft Suite. Will also work in internal software programs.
The ability to adapt to situations quickly and effectively.
Willing to think outside of the box to improve efficiencies.
