Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative based in McAllen, Texas , with a strong background in oversized freight , flatbed , and open deck transportation . This role is ideal for a sales professional who understands the nuances of cross-border freight between the U.S. and Mexico and can immediately contribute through existing relationships and industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow new business focused on flatbed, open deck, and oversized freight

Manage and expand an existing book of business, with an emphasis on flatbed customers

Identify cross-border opportunities and provide tailored transportation solutions

Work closely with operations to ensure accurate quoting, execution, and customer satisfaction

Maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and internal teams

Meet or exceed revenue and margin targets

Required Experience & Qualifications

Proven sales experience in flatbed, open deck, or oversized freight

Strong knowledge of cross-border freight operations (U.S.–Mexico)

Existing book of business in flatbed is highly preferred

Understanding of permits, routing, and compliance related to oversized loads

Ability to prospect, negotiate, and close new business independently

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

Based in or near McAllen, TX
