
Credit Research Analyst

Our client is a global alternative asset management firm who is seeking a Credit Research Associate to support the evaluation, underwriting, and ongoing monitoring of corporate credit investments. This individual will work closely with senior investment professionals to conduct fundamental analysis, develop investment views, and assist with portfolio management activities across a range of credit strategies.
This role offers exposure to multiple industries, capital structures, and investment types within a dynamic investment environment.
Key Responsibilities Perform fundamental credit analysis on prospective and existing investments
Analyze financial statements, business models, industry trends, and key risk factors
Build and maintain financial models and support valuation and scenario analysis
Prepare written research and investment materials to support decision-making
Monitor portfolio holdings and track performance, news, and market developments
Assist with ongoing due diligence and portfolio reporting
Collaborate with investment team members on research, execution, and monitoring efforts
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
2-4 years of relevant experience in credit, finance, or investment-related roles
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate credit fundamentals
Effective communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
