Job Description
We are seeking a top-performing Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence in the Treasure Coast healthcare market. This role will focus on developing strategic sales initiatives and cultivating relationships with key healthcare stakeholders to generate referrals and grow the client\'s home health services. The ideal candidate will have established relationships within the local healthcare community and a proven ability to exceed sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new referral sources while maintaining existing partnerships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community organizations. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care accessibility while driving meaningful business growth in a competitive healthcare market.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and meet revenue targets

Cultivate and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and community organizations

Identify and establish new referral sources within the Treasure Coast healthcare market

Build long-term partnerships with in-patient facilities, hospitals, and assisted living facilities

Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless client experience and service delivery

Actively promote home health services to target healthcare providers and referral sources

Meet and exceed established sales goals and referral growth metrics

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and referral tracking

Represent the company at healthcare industry events and community networking opportunities

Required Experience / Skills

Proven track record in sales and business development within the Home Health industry

Established book of business in the In-Patient, Hospital, and Assisted Living Facility setting

Existing relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals in the Treasure Coast market

Previous experience working with home health agencies or healthcare service providers

Experience in the Florida healthcare market

Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building

Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and referral processes

Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Nice-to-Haves

Background in healthcare administration or clinical services

Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement processes

Professional healthcare industry certifications
