At Intek, we’re looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in the data center market — driving new business opportunities, strengthening key customer partnerships, and helping us deliver innovative solutions that power the modern digital world.

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth efforts — combining market insight, relationship-building, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable results
Responsibilities
Build and Grow Relationships
Strengthen existing customer partnerships to increase engagement and share of wallet
Identify, engage, and win new customer accounts through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships
Develop Market Strategy
Drive business development in the data center segment, uncovering new opportunities and markets for expansion
Collaborate across teams to align our product offerings with market needs and customer feedback
Enable Sales Growth
Partner with marketing to create powerful go-to-market strategies and campaigns
Shape value propositions and sales tools that resonate with data center customers
Deliver Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to guide business strategy
Provide leadership with actionable insights and recommendations for continued growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
10+ years in Business Development or Market Development, with 5+ years in the Data Center industry
Proven experience selling custom-engineered or consultative solutions
Skilled in strategic account planning and executing growth strategies
Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to travel up to 60%
A self-motivated, data-driven, and customer-focused mindset
Compensation is a base plus multi-component bonus plan.
