Responsibilities

The Studio Manager works directly with Studio Owner in support of studio operations and profitability

This role is comprised of 60-70% sales, 10-20% training, and 10-20% staff management and studio operations

Plan and promote lead generation through Grass Roots Marketing, Networking, Events, and all aspects of organic lead generation including special events for the studio

Provide leadership through assisting with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches

Responsible for achieving top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance

Attend all directed monthly meetings and listen to all Corporate Webinars

Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget

Host weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach

Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound

Qualifications

1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results

1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management

Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue
