Position Summary
Responsible fordaily operationsmanagement and supervision ofassignedpractice(s) in accordance with federal,state,and local standards,guidelines,and regulations. The practice manager will maintain regulatory compliance and is responsible for maintenance of licenses/certifications, primary source validation, propercredentialingwith health system medical staff office and payers. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders (CBO, marketing,quality team,business development, finance, A/P, payroll, human resources, c-suite, facilities, vendors, corporate and local administration) to ensure effective and efficient practiceoperations.Practice manager will be the primary practice liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Manages departmental expenses cost effectively, monitors revenue cycle operations,volume,and revenue generation toensurepractice budgets are met and provider subsidies are kept to a minimum. Participates in annual operating and capital budgeting and provider and employee recruitment and onboarding. Demonstrates service excellence, conveysprofessionalism,andalways maintain appropriate confidentiality. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training and Travel
Education:
Bachelor's Degreerequired.
In lieu of degree,5-7 years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years being in a supervisor capacity.
CMPE certification preferred
Work experience:
3-5 years supervisory experience, preferable inahealthcare environment.
Knowledge:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, EMR systems Medical and billing terminology and revenue cycle operations
Knowledge of healthcare or hospital office settings
Service excellence, and recruiting, training, leading and performance management of staff.
Skill s:
Multitasking, decision making, process improvement
