Ross Stores - 9222 East R L Thornton Freeway - Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with merchandise in a courteous and knowledgeable manner; Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor and restrooms; Expedite newly received merchandise receipts to the sales floor and merchandise per presentation guidelines; Follow loss prevention, MOS, and cash handling procedures; Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer service needs and escalate to Store Leadership when needed
