CDL A Driver Details
Schedule:Start times vary, working 5-6 days per week, 8-10 hours per day, 49.8 average weekly hours
Pay: $28.27 Per hour + $6.16 Health & Wellness up to 40 hours
Route Type: Local running North of Indianapolis and to Cincinnati
Freight / Load Type:Hauling mail
Equipment:Automatic & Manual, 48' - 53' trailers with liftgate
Handling:Light touch, driver will roll mail carts
CDL A DriverMinimumRequirements:
License:CDL A
Experience:9+ months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Endorsements:None
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Driver Responsibilities:
SafelyoperateCDL A equipment on localroutes
TransportCDL A equipment in accordance withDOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintainaccuratelogs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
