We’re looking for a motivated, people-first Assistant Studio Manager to help lead our Northgate studio and play a key role in delivering an exceptional member and team experience. This is a growth-oriented leadership role with a clear path to Studio Manager for the right individual.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a culture carrier and role model for the studio
Support daily studio operations and deliver a best-in-class member experience
Lead with energy, integrity, and accountability in alignment with our values
Coach, support, and motivate the front desk and sales team
Assist with membership sales, retention, and community outreach
Help execute marketing initiatives, studio events, and local partnerships
Support scheduling, payroll accuracy, and operational excellence
Model professionalism, positivity, and a “Win the Day” mindset
