Staff Management SMX - - Responsibilities: Disassembles and sets up production equipment, cleans equipment using COP and CIP systems, verifies proper cleaning and set-up of equipment; Maintains CIP Chart Recorders; documents information on charts and CIP logs; Takes inventory of sanitation supplies; uses bioluminescence technology to verify CIP systems; Performs tasks according to the plant Master Cleaning Schedule; Trains new Associates on required skill sets for Environmental Operations
