At Fairfield Inn & Suites Lewisburg, we believe a clean, comfortable room is the foundation of an exceptional guest experience-and our housekeeping team is at the heart of it.We are hiring Guest Room Attendants (housekeeping / hotel housekeepers / cleaning associates) who take pride in their work, support their team, and show up ready to make a difference.
What You'll Do:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms to Marriott and hotel cleanliness standards
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in every room, every day
- Restock carts and prepare for the next shift with organization and efficiency
- Follow all housekeeping, safety, and security procedures
- Report maintenance concerns promptly to protect the guest experience
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and care
- Complete deep cleaning and special projects as scheduled
- Support the team and hotel operations as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Someone who takes pride in clean, organized spaces
- Ability to stay active and manage time effectively throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills with guests and team members
- Weekend and holiday availability (required)
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required-we provide paid training for the right candidates.

Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling (training provided)
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect guest privacy
