Orangetheory Studio Manager and Assistant Studio Manager (ASM) roles are like a duo that runs the studio smoothly. The manager is in charge, but the ASM supports the studio to go even further.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
Passion for health and wellness
Team player
Marketing Experience and general knowledge
Social media understanding for business use
Recurring membership sales experience (1+ years)
Orangetheory Fitness Experience (preferred)
Management experience (1-3 years required)
Strong leadership skills
Professional appearance
