Sr. Clerk
The Sr. Clerk position's emphasis will be on behalf of OPS, billing via Xytech and Planon (including daily/weekly/monthly reviews of stage and office related work orders, and weekly reconciliation of charges). Position will have strong attention to detail and work with both internal (VP, Executive Directors, Senior Managers, Managers, Supervisors and WB Finance team) and external clientele (Producers, Production Accountants). Position will prepare consolidated billing statements for customers and serve as support to assist with any questions.
Your Role Accountabilities
Review work orders in Xytech MediaPulse and Planon, consisting of office, stage and exterior set activity for WBSO Main Lot, Ranch Lot and The Burbank Studios Lot; reconcile with other schedule documents and confirm that ancillary charges correspond to activity. Send reviewed orders weekly to Operations Managers for confirmation, and the post of billing.
Responsible for weekly labor hours of billable services.
Code service maintenance invoices for payment processing.
Create special cost reporting packets for short-term Production Clients that utility Studio property assets for production use.
Submit PCard reconciliation reports for approval.
Process deposit fees for stage and backlot faade rental.
Providing Square payment link for personal service requests as ordered through a Planon work order for such services as personal picture framing, personal furniture moving, etc.
Experience & Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, Outlook and OneDrive are required.
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and other Microsoft programs (Word and Power Point) is preferred.
Experience/proficiency with SAP (or similar accounting software) required
Proficiency of Concur (PCard), Xytech, LOB billing, Planon and Square preferred
Strong customer service experience with communication and follow-up skills are essential.
Ability to work as a team, be proactive, assertive and self-motivational to complete necessary daily tasks without Manager intervention are necessary.
Professionalism and discretion are critical to maintain Production Client-Department relationship.
Good problem solving skills are needed to tackle urgent requests for reporting from both Production Clients and Department Management due to Client billing.
Able to work in a fast paced environment both independently and in a team setting.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and perform follow up.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $36,400.00 - $67,600.00 salary per year.
