We are seeking an Architect/Architectural Designer with a strong background in residential design. If you are passionate about creating and detailing exceptional residential projects, we’d love to hear from you. Job Requirements
A talented and energetic designer with experience in contemporary residential design.
4-10 years of relevant professional experience across all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration.
Strong knowledge of residential design and detailing for interiors and exteriors preferred.
Confidence to take the design initiative, propose groundbreaking solutions, and deliver creative, industry-leading work.
Proficiency in Revit. Fluency in 3D software and Adobe Suite required. Please detail your experience with these tools.
Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to exceptional client service.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills and an aptitude for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with building codes, zoning, and jurisdictional processes is a plus.
A collaborative approach and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities.
Enthusiasm for learning, improving, and pushing boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
Create conceptual, presentation, and technical drawings for all project phases.
Interface with project teams, including consultants and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Deliver high-quality design and documentation aligned with client expectations and project goals.
