Base Salary: $40,000 | Total Compensation: $50,000–$65,000++ with commission & bonuses

The Role
Your primary mission is to DRIVE STUDIO SALES. This is a sales leadership role, not just an operations position.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and manage your sales pipeline to meet or exceed quotas — including show rates, demos booked, and conversions.
- Introduce prospects to our assisted stretching programs and present tailored memberships.
- Lead, coach, and mentor staff on sales techniques, closing, and overcoming price objections.
- Deliver 5-star customer service and build a loyal client base that drives renewal sales.
- Manage studio operations, financial accountability, and performance relative to goals.
- Build community relationships through outreach to health & wellness businesses, sporting events, non-profits, and local organizations.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven sales and leadership experience in one of the following: Studio/Store Management, Personal Training, Fitness Coaching, Physical Therapy, Healthcare, Sports Medicine, or a related health & wellness field.
- Ability to connect with people, build relationships, and inspire others to prioritize their wellness.
- Commitment to continuous learning and consistent application of proven sales techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, Fitness Management, or related field.
- Experience in hospitality or client-experience-focused environments.

Schedule
Full-time | Monday–Friday, with Saturdays and community events as needed.
