This role blends high-level business development, financial analysis, executive communication, and contract negotiation.## Qualifications* Minimum 10+ years of multifamily experience in business development, operations, asset management, or related field.* Experience working with institutional investors or large portfolio owners preferred.* Demonstrated success negotiating complex contracts or service agreements.* Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze and present property-level performance metrics.* Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business.* Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.* Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.* **Ability to travel as required.****Core Competencies*** Financial fluency (NOI, IRR, cap rates, budgeting)* Strong negotiation and closing skills* Strategic thinking and market awareness* Executive presence and adaptability* Business Strategic with a relationship-driven approach* Ability to manage extended sales cycle
