Insurance & Financial Services Litigation Associate

Our client, a full-service law firm with deep expertise in litigation, is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their expanding Insurance & Financial Services team. This practice handles ERISA, disability, life, health, long-term care, fraud, and employer-plan benefit matters.

What you'll do:

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents
• Engage with in-house clients, experts, third-party administrators, opposing counsel, and witnesses
• Review, investigate, and assess factual and legal aspects of claims
• Take and/or defend depositions
• Assist in trial and arbitration preparation, including preparing motions in limine, jury instructions, trial briefs, exhibits, and witnesses for testimony

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
• Strong work ethic, self-starter, and team-oriented
• Admission to the State Bar of California

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $140,000 - $202,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses (depending on experience)
