Resource Employment Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician in Batavia, IL, to support food and beverage contract manufacturing services. This role involves conducting line audits, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring food safety compliance to maintain high product integrity. Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-DayConduct line audits including weight compliance, seal integrity, and packaging inspectionsCollect, label, and manage retention, customer, and microbiological samplesAssist with incoming inspections and documentation completionMonitor and operate weight control and metal detection equipment, reporting results to managementSupport production start-up and changeover processes, ensuring proper coding and safety practices What You Bring – Skills that Make a DifferenceAbility to work overtime as needed and follow safety proceduresStrong attention to detail and ability to read and follow instructionsPhysical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasksKnowledge of laboratory instruments, calibration, and data entry systemsEffective communication skills for reporting and documentationBilingual in English and Spanish (required)
