Job title: Director of Accounting - Inventory and Operations

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 with a 25% bonus

Key Responsibilities (Director of Accounting - Inventory and Operations):

• Develop and oversee cost accounting frameworks, including standard costing and overhead allocation


• Perform in-depth analysis of material, labor, and overhead costs, including variance analysis


• Lead month-end close activities related to inventory, cost of goods sold, and fixed assets


• Collaborate closely with operations and manufacturing leaders to enhance cost transparency and operational efficiency

Qualifications (Director of Accounting - Inventory and Operations):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline


• 10+ years of experience in cost accounting, operations accounting, or similar roles


• Proven people leadership and management experience required
