Qualifications and Experience
Must have 10+ years of IT experience working in the US for US companies. US Experience is a must.
Must have 8+ years of experience as a UX/UI Engineer.
Hands‑on experience designing business web applications.
Experience with complex wireframes and mockups.
Hands‑on experience with Adobe XD and Figma, UX/UI designing and prototyping tools.
Experience converting UI/UX designs into front‑end components.
Experience with HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and SASS.
Hands‑on experience with React and MUI.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps and Git‑based version control.
Extensive experience with modern front‑end build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Extensive experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
A portfolio of past projects demonstrating UI/UX and front‑end work is required.
Passion for staying up to date with the latest front‑end and UX design trends and technologies.
Experience with .NET Web APIs is a plus.
