If you love working with seniors and want a role where you can truly brighten someone’s day, this is the job for you.### ### **What You’ll Do:**As an Activities Assistant, you’ll help plan and lead engaging programs that support our residents’ social, emotional, and mental well-being, including:* Assisting with daily group and one-on-one activities* Helping with games, crafts, music, exercise groups, and special events* Encouraging resident participation and creating meaningful connections* Assisting with transporting residents to activities as needed* Supporting holiday celebrations and community/family events* Helping keep activity areas organized and supplies stocked### ### **What We’re Looking For:*** A positive attitude and a genuine love for working with seniors* Strong communication and teamwork skills* Creativity, patience, and reliability* Experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting is a plus *(but not required)** Ability to follow directions and support a structured daily schedule###
