Onboarding Specialist (Merchants)
Location: 5 days a week onsite in Irving, TX
Duration: ~ 6 Months
Schedule: 40 hours a week
Hourly Rate: up to $40 an hour/DOE
Our large Retail client is looking for multiple Onboarding Specialists for their marketplace division for a 40 hour a week, ~ 6 month role. This role requires 5 days a week onsite at headquarters in Irving, TX.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for restaurant merchants during the onboarding process (setup all the way to go-live).
Configure, validate, and QA merchant accounts, menus and data items to ensure that everything is correct and consistent.
Manage the onboarding workflows across integration partners like Olo, Toast, Otter, Stream, etc.
Document processes and share feedback with product teams to make improvements.
Give clear instructions, guidance, and support to merchants that spans from training on system use, troubleshooting issues, and answering questions.
Diligently track the onboarding progress and identify bottlenecks/ communicate issues.
Qualifications
2-3+ years' experience working restaurants, onboarding, account management, customer success, implementation ideally within the marketplace SaaS, food delivery, or restaurant tech space.
Bachelor's degree-- an MBA or Masters degree is sought after.
Experience working within HubSpot, Salesforce, Smartsheet or other similar CRM and workflow tools.
Familiarity with POS and aggregator systems.
