is a transformational technology leader who
will shape and deliver the insurance and business operations end-to-end technology strategy, spanning core insurance systems, digital experiences, data platforms, analytics enablement, integration, cloud, security, and operational reliability.
Reporting directly to the Enterprise CIO, this executive serves on the Technology Leadership Team and the

What you will be doing
1) Enterprise Engineering Strategy & Modernization
Define and execute the
insurance
technology vision and multiyear roadmap aligned to Insurance business
objectives
(operational efficiency, product innovation, digital engagement, regulatory compliance).
Lead modernization of legacy environments into
cloud
ready
,
API
enabled
, modular platforms across policy administration, claims, underwriting, billing, actuarial support, and digital servicing.
Establish engineering excellence—modern development practices, automation, CI/CD,
DevSecOps
, site reliability engineering, and cloud
n
ative design—driving measurable improvements in speed, quality, resiliency, and cost.
Build and scale high
p
erforming engineering organizations across application development, data engineering, integration, cloud engineering, platform operations, and DevOps.
You’ll
manage
insurance
IT investment portfolios and agile delivery outcomes; represent technology in
insurance
executive forums and steering committees; and communicate progress, risks, and performance to senior stakeholders.
2) Data & Analytics Transformation
Serve as the executive owner for
the
enterprise data platform and the
divisional data engineering and analytics enablement; drive modernization of the data platform, data quality, data management, and governed data architecture.
Advance a unified enterprise data strategy aligned with actuarial, finance, risk, claims, and operations—enabling
real
time
insights, predictive models, AI/ML use cases, and
digitally

customer experiences.

Experience & Achievements
15+ years of progressive leadership across software engineering, platform development, data engineering, or enterprise technology—delivering at scale in insurance/financial services or similarly regulated industries.
Track record
modernizing complex,
mission
critical
platforms: cloud migration, digital platforms, integration ecosystems, and core system renewal (policy, claims, billing, underwriting, actuarial).
Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary engineering and data organizations and partnering with actuarial, underwriting, claims, finance, and risk.
Strong record of influencing

stakeholders;
communicates complex technology simply and credibly.
Technical & Strategic Capabilities
Deep understanding of modern software engineering (microservices, APIs,

), cloud platforms,
