Business Development Manager Multi-Brand Home Services Platform

Commercial & Residential Plumbing

Fire & Water Damage Restoration

Textiles, Electronics & Contents Restoration

With existing approved vendor status across multiple insurance carrier portals, property management platforms, and commercial networks , demand is already in place.

This role is about expanding, deepening, and monetizing relationships — not starting from zero.

Role Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating new revenue by executing a proven relationship-based sales strategy across commercial, residential, insurance, and property management channels.

You will leverage:

Existing vendor approvals and portal access

National brand credibility

A full suite of emergency and specialty restoration services

Your mission is to build a dominant book of business , increase referral velocity, and maximize account lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales

Nurture and expand existing accounts to increase lead flow and average job size

Identify, pursue, and secure new strategic partners and referral sources

Maintain active membership and leadership roles in targeted trade associations

Execute the company’s established sales process with discipline and consistency

Meet or exceed KPI standards for face-to-face activity and relationship touches

Prepare and present professional proposals and contingency service plans

Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within assigned verticals

Strategically build and manage a high-value book of business

Accurately document all activity in CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)

General Responsibilities

Become an expert in all company services, terminology, and capabilities

Deliver best-in-class internal and external customer experience

Uphold professional standards, ethics, and company culture

Contribute positively to a growth-oriented, performance-driven environment

Perform additional duties aligned with revenue growth objectives

Qualifications

3+ years of outside B2B sales experience required (Restoration, construction, facilities, insurance, or property management experience strongly preferred)

Proven ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships

Comfortable attending evening and weekend networking functions

Outgoing, driven, tenacious, and team-oriented mindset
