Job Title: Control Center LAN Admin
Expected Duration: 24+ Months

Job Description
We are seeking a Control Center LAN Administrator to provide hands-on technical and administrative support for the Client’s Distribution Control Center. This role ensures the availability, performance, and security of endpoint systems and network infrastructure supporting critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and workstation systems
Perform system updates, patching, upgrades, and OS-level troubleshooting
Monitor and support LAN
etwork devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
Support DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP configuration (manual and automated)
Provide onsite and remote end-user support
Manage ServiceNow ticket queues and escalations through resolution
Assist with backup, disaster recovery, and DR testing
Monitor system logs and support security controls and audits
Maintain system documentation, asset tracking, and reporting
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and upgrades
Support hardware decommissioning and business moves/changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree + 2 years IT experience OR
Associate degree / technical certification + 4 years IT experience
Strong experience with desktop/workstation imaging and administration
PowerShell proficiency (required)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Solid troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and networking
Preferred Skills
Experience in control center or mission-critical environments
Strong documentation, communication, and customer support skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Additional Requirements
Must be willing to work off-hours, weekends, and emergencies
Must be able to travel within service territory as needed
