Position Overview
Tap Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate
Rehabilitation Manager
to join
Welbe Healths PACE
program in La Quinta, California. This leadership role oversees the delivery of comprehensive rehabilitative services for a frail and elderly population, ensuring quality outcomes, operational excellence, and person-centered care. The Rehabilitation Manager will guide a multidisciplinary team of therapists, foster a culture of collaboration, and ensure compliance with PACE program standards.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree
in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy.
Minimum of
five (5) years
of demonstrated rehabilitation experience.
Two (2) years of supervisory experience
with proven ability to mentor and develop team members.
One (1) to three (3) years of management experience
preferred.
In-depth knowledge and experience treating frail, elderly participants with complex needs.
2-5 years
of related experience.
