About the Role As a BCBA with Sunshine Care Network, you will: Conduct assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLSR, AFLS, etc.) and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and RBTs. Collaborate closely with caregivers, pediatric nurses, therapists, and school teams to ensure consistent, integrated support. Monitor progress, adjust programming, and maintain highquality clinical documentation.
