Job Summary
The Management Trainee – Operations & Business Development is a developmental role designed to build the next generation of branch leaders for Exclusive Cars International Holdings Inc. (Hertz, Thrifty, and Dollar Car Rentals Philippine Operations). The trainee will rotate across key operational functions including fleet management, customer service, sales, and branch administration, gaining hands‑on exposure to the full scope of car rental branch operations at one of the country’s highest‑traffic locations. The role is expected to contribute to revenue growth, service excellence, and business development initiatives while progressing toward a supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day‑to‑day branch operations at Cebu Airport, including vehicle check‑in/check‑out, rental processing, and fleet readiness.
Support the Branch Supervisor in achieving revenue, utilization, and compliance targets.
Identify and develop business development opportunities including corporate accounts, travel agency tie‑ups, and airport concession partnerships.
Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints with a focus on resolution, retention, and brand loyalty.
Monitor vehicle availability, turnaround time, and maintenance scheduling in coordination with the Fleet team.
Assist in cash handling, billing accuracy, and documentation compliance in line with Finance standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports as directed by the Branch Supervisor or General Manager.
Participate in branch audits, QC inspections, and PMS compliance activities.
Complete structured learning modules and rotation assignments as part of the Management Trainee program.
Uphold and promote the company’s vision of being the national leader in private mobility, emphasizing safety, customer convenience, and employee growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism & Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcome to apply; exposure to car rental, automotive, travel, or service industries is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Driven, results‑oriented, and eager to grow into a leadership role.
Proficient in MS Office applications; familiarity with rental management systems is a plus.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by airport operations.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Cebu.
