Position Title
Multimedia Design Specialist
Location
Merchants Fleet Headquarters in Hooksett, NH
Responsibilities
Own the full lifecycle of design projects from brief to final delivery, creating compelling visuals that support campaigns, sales initiatives, and brand storytelling.
Design high-quality assets for web, email, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Produce sales collateral such as presentations, one‑pages, and event materials.
Create print‑ready designs including signage and branded materials.
Develop email templates and lifecycle campaign visuals.
Edit and produce video content, motion graphics, and animations.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Collaborate across teams to ensure creative is aligned, on‑brand, and production‑ready.
Qualifications
36+ years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or similar roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and multimedia work.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Figma.
Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
Solid understanding of digital design best practices (responsive design, accessibility, usability).
Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate timelines effectively.
Experience working within brand guidelines and design systems.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communications, or related field preferred.
Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
