Overview
TruChoice FCU , a growing $250M credit union located in Greater Portland, is hiring a Systems Analyst Communications. This role is based in our South Portland Operations Center with occasional travel to our branches in Portland, Biddeford, and Buxton.

This role is responsible for maintaining our contact center software and integrated platforms, supporting the governance and accuracy of our company knowledge base, and partnering with teams across TruChoice to improve workflows, automation, and overall service delivery. This role will report to the Director of Business Intelligence and Technology.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience in process improvement and problem solving and enjoys organizing information, improving how teams work, and helping employees make the most of modern tools and AI features—without being a traditional engineer or help desk technician.

Can help the credit union explore AI capabilities and how building workflows can improve the member experience and journey

Responsibilities

Maintains TruChoice’s contact center software, integrated technologies,and connected platforms. Partners with internal departments to configure systems, optimize workflows, build and maintain dashboards, and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and improved service delivery.

Administers company knowledge base to enhance the accuracy of AI for access to information. Manages content life cycle, site structure, user permissions, content standards, and governance. Partners with internal departments to ensure content is accurate, current and accessible.

Provides initial and on-going training and support to all TruChoice employees in the use of contact center systems; recommends process improvements, maximizes utilization of AI features, and helps develop end-user procedures; frequently communicates with users on available system features.

Coordinates with Talkdesk and other key vendors on contact center and integrated systems, including testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancement projects. Ensures vendor-supported systems align with operational needs and perform reliably within the TruChoice environment.

Establishes and conducts control audits on applicable systems to ensure proper and efficient use as indicated in TruChoice policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Three years to five years of similar or related experience.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.

Technical planning and systems administration experience.

Ability to discuss technical issues effectively with other data processing professionals as well as non-technical users.

Strong foresight, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work and travel independently and use general office equipment.
