EOS Hospitality - 3567 Main Street - Responsibilities: Provide telephone services for guests and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel; Greet guests and check in with room keys and essential information; Monitor and post guest charges and assist with billing during checkout; Assist with luggage, concierge coordination, and cross-department communication; Maintain front desk area and support shift reports and signage for events
