As part of this exciting transition, we are actively looking for a full-time administrative assistant.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the community's front desk
Answers the community phone and directs calls appropriately
Provides resources to the community members
Directs visitors appropriately
Cleans common areas
Communicates with residents and family regarding mail and package delivery
Enter invoices into Yardi
Create employee name badges
Assist with ordering and gathering supplies
Makes adjustments as needed in electronic timekeeping system
Supports Executive Director
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Proficient with technology (intermediate computer skills)
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to effectively communicate and document in English
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have a current TB test and Physical (if required by the position)
