Key Responsibilities
Design, simulate, prototype, and validate antennas for vehicular, infrastructure, and smart city applications (e.g., LTE, 5G, VHF/UHF, GNSS, LMR, Wi‑Fi)
Optimize antenna performance for challenging environments (e.g., multi‑band, low‑profile, vehicular mount)
Work with mechanical and other antenna engineers to ensure proper antenna integration
Perform testing and validation in anechoic chambers and field environments
Support certification and compliance processes (FCC, PTCRB, FirstNet, etc.)
Participate in technical reviews, customer meetings, and design discussions
Document design processes, test results, and technical reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in antenna design and RF product development
Proficient in simulation tools (e.g., CST, HFSS) and measurement equipment (e.g., VNA, spectrum analyzer, chamber systems)
Strong knowledge of antenna types: monopole, dipole, patch, helical, PCB/FPC, stamp metal, and array‑based designs
Experience with vehicular or infrastructure antenna products is highly preferred
Familiarity with relevant standards and certifications for public safety and transportation networks
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to remain in a stationary position (seated/standing) for extended periods

Exempt – The salary range for this role is up to $100,000, based on experience.
