Where Is The Work

Responsibilities Manage and grow Trane Rental Business within existing Trane Key Accounts Team
Manage and grow Trane Rental Business within existing Trane Strategic Contractor Partners
Grow Trane’s Master Rental Agreements within new and existing customer base
Manage and grow stand-alone new business for Trane Rental through new National Accounts and Partnerships
Collaborate and provide Subject Matter Expertise for Rentals within Trane National & Local Account Managers
Pro-actively create strategies & programs to increase Rentals revenue within Trane Strategic Programs
Coordinate all aspects of the legal process between Trane and target accounts to achieve desired outcomes
Provide business analysis on targeted customers and builds business case to influence key stakeholders
Participate in vertical market growth and strategic teams to align Rental within our Global/Strategic growth plans
Provide ongoing market and competitor analysis to leadership team
Provide support as needed to the field sales team
Complete projects on time as assigned by the National Sales Leader
Participate in OpEx Value Stream Business Improvement projects
Represent Trane Rental at industry and customer trade shows/events as needed
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or equivalent from four-year college or university; completion of the Trane graduate training course; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Five (5) years of industry-related sales experience preferred, with experience in sales and managements of National Customer relationships and projects.
Demonstrated ability to use and coach OpEx/Lean tools, including strategy A3s and countermeasures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams with influencing skills.
Travel up to 50%
Compensation and Benefits Annual Base Salary Range Or Hourly Base Pay Range: $98,300.00 - $229,800.00
