You'll plan and conduct research studies, synthesize findings, and ensure every feature we build is grounded in real user needs. This is a remote-first role based in New York City, with the flexibility to work from San Francisco, Austin, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Boston, or Denver.## Responsibilities* •Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies* •Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations* •Build and maintain user personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks* •Collaborate with product and design to inform roadmap decisions## Requirements* •3+ years of UX research experience in a product environment* •Proficiency with research methods: interviews, surveys, usability testing, diary studies* •Strong synthesis and storytelling skills — ability to make data compelling* •Experience working in cross-functional agile teamsfor details.
