Employee-Owned Premier Countertop Manufacturer - CAD Operator We are seeking a full-time Computer Aided Design (CAD) Operator for our employee-owned countertop manufacturing company.
Job Summary: This role involves creating detailed drawings using AutoCAD for shop production and dealer use.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Interpret field drawings from Field Templaters to produce accurate countertop production drawings.
Provide approval drawings for dealer review based on their designs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet departmental or company goals.
Accountabilities: Contribute to the company's success by performing duties professionally, timely, and accurately.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate degree or certification in AutoCAD design preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
Physical and Mental Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and perform repetitive hand motions.
Close attention to detail when analyzing data and working at a computer.
Physical Exertion: Must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods.
Environmental Conditions: Work is performed in a typical office environment with no adverse conditions.
