Job Summary
Kutztown University of Pennsylvania invites applications for part‑time adjunct faculty in the Department of Art & Design. The position is in the faculty adjunct pool for Animated Arts and related fields. Teaching will be primarily in‑person; online courses require completion of the Teaching Online Certification Course offered through Kutztown University. Responsibilities
Cover undergraduate courses in 3D Modeling, 2D Digital Animation, 3D Animation, and Visual Development (Storyboarding, Character Design, Concept Art), and related courses.
Minimum Qualifications
MA or MFA degree in Animated Arts or a related area.
Strong professional portfolio of personal and student artwork.
Demonstrated proficiency and ability to teach related software.
Teaching experience of at least one year or equivalent professional experience in the animation field.
Experience working with diverse populations.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional teaching experience in the animation field.
Previous experience teaching similar courses.
