As an Advanced Elect Design Engr here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading and managing electrical engineering projects. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage advanced electrical design projects from conception to completion

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution

Design and develop complex electrical systems and components

Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements

Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

5 plus years of experience in electrical engineering

Prior experience in a lead or senior engineering role

WE VALUE

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Strong leadership and project management abilities

Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
