
Community Liaison/Account Manager

Responsibilities
The Community Liaison/Account Manager will work remotely with our child and adolescent facility. The ideal candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule and be willing to travel. The Community Liaison serves as liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies, presenting a positive and professional public image of the facility within Texas and surrounding states. Creates demand for the facility’s services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. Implements the facility’s strategic sales plan for assigned territory, enhances the facility’s brand/image, and effectively manages assigned accounts to meet departmental and facility business development goals. Performs duties in accordance with the facility’s mission, values, policies, and behavioral standards. Reports to the Business Development Director.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis in lieu of a degree.
Experience: Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting preferred. Three (3) years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.
Additional Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Successfully complete a drug test
Successfully pass a national background check
Willing to travel, including overnight travel required
A valid state driver license required
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Demonstrate business development concepts, sales abilities, competency in computer usage
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Data collection analysis and interpretation
Record of adherence to deadlines
Demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience and dedication in a fast‑paced environment
Knowledge of and skills in application of marketing and sales principles
Creativity and flexibility
The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, punctual, and enjoys helping others.
