We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead both sales strategy and a high‑performing team across the restaurants sector in Georgia State. If you’re a strategic sales leader with a passion for coaching talent and deep hospitality experience, this is your opportunity to shape the future of dining.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed regional revenue goals.

Own and execute a regional sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and market expansion.

Guide full‑cycle sales efforts: prospecting, solution demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.

Build strong relationships with restaurant operators—from GMs to C‑suite.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, marketing, and implementation teams.

Represent NCR Voyix at industry events and trade shows.

What You Bring

5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, including people management in a quota‑carrying environment.

"Hunter" type personality

Proven success in leading teams and managing complex sales cycles.

Experience in payments processing, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality tech trends.

Executive presence, negotiation skills, and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred).

Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region.

Bonus Points For

Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus).

Familiarity with solution‑based selling methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC).
