Position Overview
The Supply Chain Strategy Manager is responsible for defining and evolving Lennox’s long‑term supply chain strategy to support business growth, dynamic market conditions, and evolving customer expectations. This role focuses on delivering breakthrough improvements through innovative operating models, advanced technologies, and AI‑enabled capabilities that improve efficiency, productivity, and agility across the global supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy
Lead the development, execution, and continuous refinement of the 5‑year supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, sales growth plans, and customer requirements
Conduct enterprise‑level assessments of supply chain capabilities, operating models, and network design to identify opportunities for competitive differentiation
Shape future‑state supply chain roadmaps that improve resilience, scalability, cost structure, and service performance
Innovation & Technology Enablement
Identify, evaluate, and introduce emerging supply chain technologies, including AI, advanced analytics, automation, digital platforms, and decision‑support tools
Partner closely with IT, data science teams, and external technology providers to pilot, validate, and scale innovative solutions
Drive faster, data‑driven decision‑making and improved visibility across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment
Transformation & Performance Improvement
Challenge existing practices and drive transformational change in productivity, operating efficiency, service levels, and operational agility
Introduce best practices and benchmark Lennox performance against industry leaders and best‑in‑class supply chain organizations
Translate strategic concepts into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes
Executive Partnership & Communication
Synthesize complex analyses into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior and executive leadership
Support enterprise decision‑making related to investments, prioritization, and long‑term value creation
Influence without authority across functions to align stakeholders around strategic initiatives
Culture & Organizational Impact
Promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic thinking within the supply chain organization
Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor, elevating strategic supply chain capabilities across the enterprise
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
Extensive experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, or advanced supply chain leadership roles
Proven track record of developing and executing long‑term, enterprise‑level supply chain strategies
Strong knowledge of modern supply chain technologies, AI applications, and digital transformation
Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking capabilities
Executive‑level communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross‑functional partners
Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments with broad organizational impact

Compensation
This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $144,000- $189,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
