Job Summary
The Compensation Associate supports the design, analysis, and administration of the firm's compensation programs. This role is focused exclusively on compensation strategy and operations, partnering with HR Business Partners and Talent teams to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices.
Primary Responsibilities
Participate in compensation surveys and conduct market benchmarking analyses
Support annual compensation cycles, including merit and incentive planning
Maintain and audit compensation data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Assist in job evaluations and pay structure development
Prepare compensation reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
2- 3 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics preferred
Proficiency in Workday preferred
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Base Salary Range: $75,000- $95,000 (in addition to base, this position will also include additional incentive programs)
