Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with an innovative nutraceutical ingredients supplier who are seeking a Business Development Manager to expand market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable commercial growth within the DACH region:
Responsibilities Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across the DACH region.
Develop strong, long‑term relationships to support business growth and market expansion
Define and execute regional sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership
Management of distributors and motivating them to visit customers.
Representing the business at industry exhibitions, events, and customer visits
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking
Collaborate with global account teams on multi‑market customer initiatives
Drive projects to successful outcomes through structured planning and follow‑through
Qualifications Bachelor's degree (science‑related background advantageous)
5+ years' experience in B2B sales or business development within the nutraceutical ingredients space.
Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, and long sales cycles
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Highly proactive “sales hunter” mentality with willingness to travel internationally.
High level of English. Speaking German would be highly valued.
