Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management - Proven ability to align diverse teams (engineering, research, legal, privacy, operations) and external partners (3rd party vendors, external sites, participants) toward shared milestones. Strong communication skills across technical and non technical audiences.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving Orientation - Track record of proactively identifying risks, resolving ambiguity, and adapting plans when (study) projects encounter scope changes, technical issues, or operational challenges.
Attention to Detail & Process Rigor - Strong organizational skills with experience maintaining trackers, timelines, and documentation.
Team Player and Get-It-Done Attitude - Personable, team-oriented individual with bias toward action and getting the job done.
Qualifications
[Nice to Have] Data Collection & Research Operations Acumen - Familiarity with study design logistics, participant recruitment workflows, data integrity practices, and the operational mechanics of running user studies (or something similar, eg, clinical trials) at scale.
3+ years of Engineering/Technical Program Manager experience
Self-starter, autonomous worker, that takes initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate cross-functionally and executive stakeholders
Data Collection or User Study background is a plus
