Sharp Brains is hiring: End User Support Specialist in Batesville

Perform monthly preventive maintenance on servers, switches, firewalls, CCTV, UPS, and access control

Conduct daily health checks and share reports with the IT team

Respond to and resolve incidents as per SLA

Troubleshoot and configure VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, and firewalls

Coordinate with OEMs for warranty claims and hardware replacement

Maintain IT asset inventory and document configuration changes

Provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, printers, and applications

Submit daily, incident, and monthly reports with RCA when required

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in IT or related field

5–7 years of experience in enterprise IT and EUC support

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with:

Switches, VLANs, Wi-Fi

Firewalls and VPNs

Servers, CCTV, UPS, access control

Laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals

Ability to work autonomously and meet SLAs

Strong documentation and reporting skills

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Preferred Certifications

CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or M365
